Students and grades are marked for nightly sync. Manual records are preserved for church staff, volunteers, and other people outside FACTS.

Browser printing is prepared for asset tags and return labels. Direct network printing can be added through a small local print service or Brother b-PAC on Windows.

Download a protected backup before big imports, school-year rollover, or major app changes. Backups can include sensitive roster, billing, FACTS, and Firebase settings, so store them securely.
Database backup includes people, assets, transactions, licensing, users, and settings. Site code backup includes the hosted app files the browser can read.
For a complete rebuild, also keep the Firebase project folder with rules, indexes, functions, and package files.
Export each Zoho table as CSV, choose the matching data type, preview the mapping, then import. Unknown columns can stay ignored.
